We do not give medical advice by email or message. If you have a question about your health, phone us during opening hours or book an appointment.
Outside opening hours
We are closed in the evenings, at weekends and on bank holidays. If you need urgent medical help while we are closed, call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
Feedback and complaints
We want to hear from you, whether something went well or badly. To make a complaint, write to the Practice Manager at the address above. We acknowledge every complaint within 3 working days and explain how we will look into it.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can ask the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS) to review your complaint. If your concern is about the standard of care, you can also contact the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
