What to expect

  1. 1.

    Book the call

Ring 01482 766555 and pick a time. We'll send two short questionnaires to fill in first - they take a few minutes.

  2. 2.

    We talk it through

Fifteen minutes on the phone. We listen, answer your questions, and give you an honest view on whether an assessment makes sense.

  3. 3.

    You decide

No pressure either way. If you go ahead, you'll know exactly what happens next and what it costs. If not, that's fine too.

Fifteen minutes, no charge, no obligation

You talk to our team about what is going on, ask anything you like, and get an honest answer about whether a full assessment is the right next step - including when it is not. Screening questionnaires are sent beforehand so the call is about you, not admin.

Why we do this for free

An ADHD assessment is a significant spend, and nobody should pay for one they do not need. The triage call exists to stop that happening. If assessment is right for you, you will know exactly what happens next and what it costs before committing to anything.

Your questions, answered

Is the call really free?
Yes. Fifteen minutes on the phone at no charge and no obligation, before you book or pay for anything.
What happens on the call?
Ring 01482 766555 and pick a time. We send two short questionnaires to fill in first, then on the call we listen, answer your questions and give you an honest view on whether a full assessment makes sense, including when it does not.
Do I have to book an assessment afterwards?
No. If you go ahead you will know exactly what happens next and what it costs; if not, that is fine too.
How soon can I have the call?
Sooner than an assessment, which is usually booked within weeks. Ring and reception will find you a time.
Is the call for children as well as adults?
Yes. It is the starting point for both, and we assess adults and children aged 5 and over.
Do I need a referral?
No. You book the call directly, and you keep your NHS GP.
